Moira O’Keeffe is an assistant professor of communication at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. For the Spring/Summer, 2015 term, she is visiting European Humanities University on a Fulbright grant. She earned her Ph.D. from the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. from Temple University, and a B.A. from the New School for Social Research in New York. Her research interests center on visual communication and portrayals of science in popular media.
